Students’ Aid Committee (StAC) provides financial support for academic purposes to needy students. Such students should apply to StAC for financial aid.

StAC meets 4 times every year to review the applications received as mentioned below:

Prerequisites (documents required):

  1. Application letter – handwritten/typed application briefing the need for financial aid
  2. Bank Statement (for last six months) of all family members
  3. Income Tax return form of all earning family members
  4. Other relevant documents supporting your application

For PhD students:

  • StAC also provides financial aid to scholars in their 11th, 12th and 13th semesters. Additional documents required:
  1. Academic extension letter
  2. Academic Summary (research done till now, ongoing projects and future goals)
  • Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to the respective Supervisor and HOD for their approval.
