STUDENTS’ AID COMMITTEE (StAC)
Students’ Aid Committee (StAC) provides financial support for academic purposes to needy students. Such students should apply to StAC for financial aid.
StAC meets 4 times every year to review the applications received as mentioned below:

15th January – 14th April | Last week of April |
15th April – 14th July | Last week of July |
15th July – 14th October | Last week of October |
15th October – 14th January | Last week of January |
Prerequisites (documents required):
- Application letter – handwritten/typed application briefing the need for financial aid
- Bank Statement (for last six months) of all family members
- Income Tax return form of all earning family members
- Other relevant documents supporting your application
For PhD students:
- StAC also provides financial aid to scholars in their 11th, 12th and 13th semesters. Additional documents required:
- Academic extension letter
- Academic Summary (research done till now, ongoing projects and future goals)
- Once submitted, an automated email will be sent to the respective Supervisor and HOD for their approval.
